The third WINS international meeting in Lima strengthens women's leadership in the supply chain.

More than 200 women leaders in the supply chain will attend the third WINS international meeting, which will take place in Lima. In Peru, women make up between 20% and 30% of the logistics workforce; however, only 13% hold management positions with female leadership. These figures, according to surveys by Michael Page, show a more pronounced difference than the average in Latin America and explain the emergence of WINS (Women in Supply Chain), a network established in Lima five years ago with the goal of highlighting, uniting, and strengthening female leadership in a sector that has traditionally been dominated by men. What began as the conviction of a group of experts has become an international community with a presence in six countries: the Dominican Republic, Panama, Ecuador, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Over the past three years, WINS INTERNACIONAL has become a regional benchmark where academics, businesswomen, and executives have the opportunity to share their experiences, create strategic connections, and receive training that enhances their leadership in a competitive environment.
