Bolivia held historic elections that ended twenty years of left-wing governments dominated by Evo Morales. But despite polls already predicting political change in the country, centrist candidate Rodrigo Paz surprised everyone by leading the elections and advancing to a runoff election against former President Jorge "Tuto" Quiroga, whom he will face on October 19.
